3. Client Obligations

Accurate info; Account ownership; Legal compliance; No prohibited products.

4. Account Ownership

Client property. Full access always.

5. Payment

Agreed in writing. Late payments may suspend.

6. Platform Compliance

We comply with policies. Not liable for third-party changes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties. Survives termination.

8. Liability

Limited to fees paid in 3 months. Not liable for indirect damages.

9. Termination

30 days notice. Immediate for non-payment, false info, prohibited content.

10. IP

Deliverables licensed on payment. Internal tools remain ours.

11. Force Majeure

Neither liable for uncontrollable events.

12. Governing Law

Denmark. Courts of 7000 Fredericia, Denmark.

13. Modifications

Updated date. Continued use = acceptance.
